- Must have ICSA qualification
- Must have worked in listed company
- Experience in attending boards meetings and writing of boards minutes.
- Must be aware of the SGX Listing rules and regulation
The Manager, Legal & Secretariat will act as company secretary for the Group and perform the secretariat role and responsibilities required
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation/regulations, including Companies Act, Business Trust Act, SGX Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, etc.
- Prepare and coordinate all corporate secretarial / board / board committee matters, including Board / Board Committee meetings and schedules, etc.
- Prepare and co-ordinate AGM/EGM matters.
- Filing with relevant authorities, upkeep and update all records and books as required.
- Assist in ad hoc duties/assignments as & when required.
Requirements:
- LLB(Hons), admitted to the Bar or Corporate Secretarial qualifications or equivalent.
- Min 8 to 10 years PQE or relevant working experience. In-house experience in companies/business trusts/REITs is preferred.
- Report/minutes writing skills.
- Microsoft office skills.
- Able to work independently.
