Legal & Secretariat Manager

1. Must have ICSA qualification
2. Must have worked in listed company
3. Experience in attending boards meetings and writing of boards minutes.
4. Must be aware of the SGX Listing rules and regulation

The Manager, Legal & Secretariat will act as company secretary for the Group and perform the secretariat role and responsibilities required

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation/regulations, including Companies Act, Business Trust Act, SGX Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, etc.
• Prepare and coordinate all corporate secretarial / board / board committee matters, including Board / Board Committee meetings and schedules, etc.
• Prepare and co-ordinate AGM/EGM matters.
• Filing with relevant authorities, upkeep and update all records and books as required.
• Assist in ad hoc duties/assignments as & when required.

Requirements:

• LLB(Hons), admitted to the Bar or Corporate Secretarial qualifications or equivalent.
• Min 8 to 10 years PQE or relevant working experience. In-house experience in companies/business trusts/REITs is preferred.
• Report/minutes writing skills.
• Microsoft office skills.
• Able to work independently.
