Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 0825 – 1745; Alt Saturdays: 0825 - 1230
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all export procedures follow SOP and function properly.
- On behalf of clients, oversee and manage the entire shipping process.
- Create and implement fresh protocols concerning import and export operations.
- Analyze import and export operating procedures to boost productivity through ongoing enhancement.
- Deliver KPI reports to clients as needed, and take part in meetings for the Operation Review.
- Assign a space to every origin station.
- Be proactive in preventing service interruptions.
- To ensure appropriate shipment execution, closely coordinate shipments with customers and other departments.
- To monitor and ensure that clients make their payments on schedule
- To identify and rectify payment irregularities fostering enduring relationships with clients; keeping an eye on and managing daily activities to guarantee adherence to their requirements
- To expedite responses and coordinate operational and customer service information
- To evaluate and suggest remedial measures To address grievances from clients
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in Air Freight (Export), Air Freight Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
