This role reports directly to Finance Manager to assist on daily operation in accordance with statutory requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in a full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
- Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptly and accurately
- Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting, Intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
- Perform any other duties,as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma above in Finance/Accountancy or LCCA /ACCA equivalent
- Basic account and Bank Reconciliation knowledge. The role involves confirming foreign exchange trades with bank counterparties
- Meticulous with a keen eye for numbers and details
- Input transaction entries,including using Hanyu Pinyin.
- At least 1-2 years in assisting partial Accounting Experience.
- Team player, independent, good problem-solving and organization skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Able to communicate in Both English &Chinese (in order to handle queriesand concerns from English and Chinese speaking associates in regards with the process.)
- Able to start work immediately
Location and Working Hours:
● Availability:Full-time (40 hrs/wk) , Monday to Friday 9:00am-18:00pm
● Location: Orchard MRT
