Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at MIS Studio. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing project budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Experience in tech and project management methodologies is a must. PMP and Scrum certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
· Robust knowledge of digital marketing and web technologies, especially in Content Management Systems (CMS)
· Experienced in account management and project coordination
· Strong understanding in the relationships between product owner, project manager etc
· Analytical and sharp, able to identify process gaps ahead of time
· Able to lead, coach and assist the project team to continuously refine processes
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Willing to travel overseas frequently for work and client meetings
· Above all else, we prioritize character and work ethics the most
