JOB Description
- Administer interviews, prepare appointment and confirmation letters, etc.
- Execute smooth onboarding, off boarding and employee life cycle
- Check Monthly Attendance and Allowance Reports and input into system for payroll.
- Prepare monthly HR Reports as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees' data.
- Process associates' benefits and claims administration.
- Facilitate mid-year and annual Performance Appraisal Exercise.
- Any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Arts other discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Arrange or assist with courier services - local and overseas
- Prepare admin related documents or invoices and ensure systematic e-filing
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
