Job Scope:
- Responsible for developing manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control.
- Responsible for proving manufacturing methods and resolving technical issues.
- Support Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program, and Tool/Gauge plan with Siemens NX.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities to the existing manufacturing system and its related processes.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding and hands-on with precision machining tool (CNC 5-Axis / lathe / milling etc).
- Team player and able to work closely with other teams on cross-functional projects
- Competent in Unigraphics and/or other CAD/CAM applications ·
