Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and needs
- Provide expert interior design advice and solutions tailored to each client
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to project completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements:
- With design flair and able to work independently
- Sales driven with a positive attitude
- Passionate in interior design
- Good communication skills with knowledge in English and Mandarin preferred as we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
