The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for a Program Manager
- Location: CBD
- 6 months maternity cover contract
Responsibilities:
- Program management/PMO - planning, scheduling, tracking, follow up on initiatives and timelines, lead and run small-scale initiatives, plan and set up meeting with stakeholders, develop minutes / post-meeting reports (opportunity to use GenAi co-pilot to accelerate minute writing)
- Preparation of reports and PowerPoint decks for meetings with senior stakeholders and external parties as needed
- Support Group Operations GA programme - event management, comms and creative content development, liaison with stakeholders and vendors
- Support engagement of SPS team - develop monthly meeting decks, plan and organize engagement events and activities for team bonding
Expectations:
- Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful
- Savvy in Microsoft Powerpoint and excel, have good presentation skills
- Strong project management, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, resourceful and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- 5-8 years of PMO experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, detail oriented , strong communication skills
