Accountant/Senior Accountant
Our client is seeking a skilled professional to be managing the full spectrum of the finance function covering financial and management reporting, cash flow management, financial audit in a manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated group accounts, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules.
- Review subsidiary accounts for various entities.
- Review consolidation packages for China and Malaysia subsidiaries and the upcoming Thailand division.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for the group, ensuring compliance with FRS and China GAAP.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports for review.
- Assist in preparing documents for monthly financial review meetings.
- Prepare Group Management accounts and rolling forecasts.
- Assist with the Annual Budget preparation.
- Evaluate operational performance by analyzing revenue, gross profit, scrap costs, output, etc.
- Serve as a Technical Consultant, offering support to subsidiary finance teams.
- Coordinate with external and internal parties, including auditors, tax agents, legal entities, local tax authorities, and government bodies.
- Ensure compliance with finance and tax filing requirements, such as CIT, WHT, and tax queries.
- Manage budgetary control, credit control, tax planning, and cash management.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance and CPA.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Audit experience and a background in a manufacturing environment (such as FPC, PCB, or PCBA) are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels.
