Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT)
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $4,000 - $5,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Manage research projects, including data collection, reporting, and analysis.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support business cases and projects.
- Present findings using impactful visuals and reports.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support such as order groceries, stationery, and office supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-5 years of related working experience
- Experience in research, data analysis, and project coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
