Job description
Responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site.
- Engage the project team to deliver high quality works;
- Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions;
- Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures;
- Prepare monthly reports for Management;
- Conduct Internal Quality Audits;
- Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation;
- Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.
- Obtain buy-in from project team towards quality assurance and quality control initiatives.
- Translate deep understanding of quality standards and requirements into site works.
- Attend meetings and inspections with Clients and suppliers.
- Compile and receive documentation including material certificates and test reports from Suppliers or Subcontractors
- Prepare, review and approve documentation submission to Client
- Coordinate and participate in inspections
- Raise Request for Inspection for all inspection activities and maintain records
- Assist in QHSE inspections or audits across all sites
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: certificate in Engineering or construction related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA and contract specifications
- Quality Management Systems certification – ISO 9001,ISO 14001,ISO 45001.
