Job Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of HR function.
• Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
• To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.
• Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contract, letter etc.
• On-boarding/ Off-boarding formalities staff orientation.
• Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.
• Organize corporate events.
• Review, propose and update HR Policies.
• Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.
• Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
• Responsible for employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, and establish personnel files.
• General employees' personal abilities, reasonable arrangements for the increase or decrease in the company's internal human resources, etc.
• Responsible for the company's confidentiality and legal affairs, and the safekeeping and correct use of important company documents and seals.
• Responsible for the establishment of company positions, assisting various departments of the company to effectively develop and utilize manpower to meet the company's operational and management needs.
• Assist in centre operations whenever needed
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or CEI or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least bilingual in communication and must be comfortable in handling different profile
Job Highlights:
• Working Day: 5 working days (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
• Working Hour: 8:30am-6pm / 9:30am-7pm
• Work Location: Toa Payoh Central
