1. Must possess Engineering Degree or equivalent
2. Must be able to co-ordinate clients, inspectors, suppliers, workers and sub-cons.
3. Able to do computed aided drawing (autocad and sketch up)
4. Able to interpret drawing, genertae shop drawing adn cutting list.
5. Able to work on Saturdays.
6. Able to fulfill task in minimum supervision.
7. Able to schedule daily work activities with workforce adn resources.
8. Able to write method of statement and Risk Assessment (RA)
