Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, receiving guests and managing internal stakeholders requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Manage and ensure there are sufficient supplies of snacks, beverages, fruits and office stationery. Support periodically to order pantry items for events.
- Support OM to tag and issue office equipment and assets
- Support OM to make restaurant reservations for sales staffs
- Research and compare prices for office supplies and services
- Support OM to manage cleaning and plant vendor to ensure that their services are up to contract requirements by checking the spaces are cleaned and maintained
- Assist with ad-hoc event planning, setup, and execution
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
