Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Assistant / Officer to assist in a wide range of HR functions for a workforce of 145 employees. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, work pass administration, and all aspects of employee management. This role also involves supporting HR initiatives, providing strategic advice, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:HR Management:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, work pass administration, employee record maintenance, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR metrics and analysis.
HR Advisory:
Provide expert HR advice and recommendations to senior management and staff, addressing any HR-related issues or concerns.
HR Initiatives:
Develop and support HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Dormitory Management:
Manage and support dormitory accommodations (10+ units), ensuring compliance with the latest safety measures and regulations set by BCA, MOM, and other relevant bodies.
Payroll Oversight:
Conduct payroll checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a comprehensive HR role with a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with dormitory management and safety compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
