We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy Development:
• Develop and innovative to promote our durian and dessert products and increasing our market share.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, markets, and services that align with company goals.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on business goals and execution plans.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
