A. Supervise, direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of the clinics:
· Ensure smooth implementation of policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the clinic
· Develop and achieve clinic goals and objectives e.g., financial, quality, operational
· Serve as a liaison between clinic and external parties e.g., regulators, contractors
B. Oversee Clinic Staff
· Select, train and supervise all clinic staff
· Plan and coordinate daily work assignments and operations; deploy manpower across clinics as needed
· Manage staff performance, including recommending merit increases and disciplinary actions were indicated
· Serve as link and ensure two-way communication between corporate and clinic teams
C. Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care and service
· Manage patients’ feedback and resolve problems
· Partner with dental professionals to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
· Ensure care and maintenance of facilities and clinic equipment
D. Others
· Assist with day-to-day accounting matters including bank deposits, bank reconciliations and the control of all matters pertaining to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Gather and report data for fiscal, statistical and analysis purposes
· Act as a back-up in submitting Medisave claims
· Support ICT, stock purchasing for the clinic, and stock checks.
· Ensuring clinic stock and manpower deployment are within budget
· Assist to cover the clinics when manpower is required
· Represent as the clinic in-charge in the absence of a clinic IC or representative IC.
