Responsibilities :
- Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound, outbound, materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
- Ensuring all documentations relating to inventory movements are in order
- Communicate productivity and targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
- Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
- Track team and individual performance of your employees
- Be part of a team where your observations and suggestions will be heard and acted on
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse, with minimum 1 year experience handling Duty Free / Bonded goods.
- Can do, passion and right first time attitude
- Results-driven, strong ability to drive performance standards within the team
- Ability to manage change processes and deliver results under stress
- Coaching and active listening skills
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Work independently without direct supervision
