** Handle end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs and Purchase Orders.
**Keep accurate records of Procurement activities, contracts etc.
** Responsible for negotiation of contracts, terms and conditions with Suppliers to achieve the best value.
**Create and maintain strong relationship with Suppliers and Vendors.
** Identify and review potential suppliers for Broadcast industry.
**Coordinate with Finance for timely payment of Supplier’s Invoices.
** Work hand in hand with Design Team in Singapore/India to understand the requirement of the Projects with timeline.
** Point of Contact for our customers along with Sales Manager.
** Receive Sales Orders and acknowledge the Order confirmation after confirming the Terms and Conditions.
**Issue Purchase Orders, coordinate for logistics, Insurance and transport permits coordination as needed.
** Raise Tax Invoices and send to Customers.
** Follow up on Payments from the Customers and manage payment with Vendors as well
** Prepare SOA on a timely manner.
Qualification
** Degree in commerce or any discipline
**Proficient in MS Excel.
** Team Player with good communication skills.
** Good Verbal and Written English Language.
** Meticulous and attention to Details.
