Responsibilities:
- Undertake supervisory and coordination role, evaluate feasibility studies, lead technical discussions with consultants and co-ordination of high-rise building projects
- Manage people, budget and schedule to meet client's targets
- Responsible for the time, quality, cost, delivery, safety and public relations of the projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building or other related fields of study
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years in project management experience
- Preferable accredited with the Society of Project Managers as at least Principal Project Manager
- Project Management experience in building construction projects is essential
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work 5.5 days in a workweek based on site
