- Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out work
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion
- Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractors
- Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule
- Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
- Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors on timely project handover
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in site management of interior fit-out works
- Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods
- Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
- Sound knowledge in M&E works
