Senior Beauty Advisor Job Scope:
- Consult clients on skincare concerns and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain product benefits and usage to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets, process sales transactions, and manage returns efficiently.
- Participate in store events, design attractive displays, and manage product inventory.
- Perform administrative tasks such as stock ordering and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up communication.
- Perform hands-on services such as facials, body therapy, hair color/treatment using equipment like MIR, CPL, oxygen equipment, and other beauty devices available in the outlet.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge: Extensive understanding of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
- Experience: Preferably with experience in sales, retail, aesthetics, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and sales abilities.
- Passion: A genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Sales-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets with a customer-focused approach.

Work Hours:
- Weekdays: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Weekends: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Days Off: 4 + 1 + 1 + 1 off days per month
