Singapore Education & Training Service - Telemarketer (Sales assistant / Coordinator)
Location: Changi Area
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Gross Salary: S$1800 - 2200
Your Role
• Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on
• Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
• Conduct cold calling to clients for company’s products and services.
Requirements
• Full Training Provided (No Experience Needed)
• Comfortable to speak to customers on the phone
• Follow up with clients effectively
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
