Responsibilities
- Document Management: Ensure related documents are filed and organized in accordance with service level agreements.
- HR Data Maintenance: Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving HR data for existing staff within the myHR system.
- Data Verification: Verify and update onboarding data for new hires and offboarding data for resigners using the myHR system.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Entry level are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR/ administrative work
