Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Sales Merchandiser executive for SNKRDUNK retail team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform as we take our brand to new heights across multiple countries and regions. This offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience in Retail management within a fast-growing global environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Planning and conducting the merchandise purchase
- Planning and conducting the event and pop-up store
- Daily store operations and sales
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- Big advantage on knowledge of sneakers and street cultures
- Welcoming to Sneakerheads, Sneaker and Streetwear lovers, Fashion enthusiasts
- At least 2 years of relevant manager’ experience
- Responsible and dedicated to tasks
- A good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self motivated.
- Perform other ad-hoc job /related duties (as required)
- Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office.
- Able to work shifts/ weekends and public holidays
- Minimum Qualification is 'N' Level/'O' Level/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma
