- General admin assistant support
- Answering of phones
- Purchasing of stationaries
- Submission of invoicing and billings for office facilities
- HR Support: informing IT to offboard / onboard new employees, ensure all key cards and laptop are returned/issued on time

- Good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and is proactive in nature
