Manage cleaning services :
- Assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites
- Communicate and follow up assigned cleaning duties to the cleaning team
- Perform Risk Assessment at site.
- Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations
- Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery
- Submit compiled daily cleaning reports to management
- Controlling the monthly order budget and keep good maintenance of machinery and
equipment
- Respond to customer complaints / feedback with fast action
- Maintain proactive, dynamic and effective communication with client/s at all times
- Interview interested cleaners and select candidates during recruitment exercise
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned, if any.
Manage cleaning teams :
- Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Facilitate effective work processes
- Provide appropriate guidance to cleaners and monitoring their standard/performances
- Provide feedback and recommend process improvements to the cleaning team
- Conduct regular On Job Training to ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained.
