Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing HR forms and letters, coordinating interviews, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR forms, letters, and related documentation as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging interview logistics and communicating relevant details to all parties.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR records, processing HR-related requests, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to employees and candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the HR department.
