Counter Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with:General inquiries
- Repairs (First-Level Check), Product viewing and introductions, Showroom sales, Shell Escape redemptions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain the showroom, including housekeeping tasks.
- Perform administrative duties related to the counter and showroom.
- Follow up on customers' and dealers' repair items.
- Support the Call Centre when needed.
- Collaborate with inter-department colleagues to ensure customer commitments are met.
Call Centre Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Carry out administrative tasks.
- Assist with inquiries received via Business WhatsApp.
- Work closely with inter-department colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
