We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Support executive.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process by providing
comprehensive support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills,
strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to assist in various aspects of the sales cycle, particularly
in order processing and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the process.
- Sales Team Assistance: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, creating sales contracts, renewals, and updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track sales activity, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales management team.
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to support decision-making and planning.
- Any other duties as assigned.

- You possess at least 1 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- You have good knowledge, qualifications and experience in the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing or IT industry.
- You have strong competence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have a good command of English and can communicate well.
- You are a team-player with good interpersonal skills.
- You are outspoken and are willing to take the initiative to reach out to existing clients.
- You have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- You are willing to acquire new skills/product knowledge.
