- Administering HRIS & Leave Management System
- Administering new hire and resignation processes
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Ensuring accurate records in HR systems
- Generating and issuing employment letters
- Handling call and email enquiries
- Handling work pass applications/renewals/issuance/cancellations
- Interviewing and evaluating candidates, shortlisting based on qualifications
- Maintaining cleanliness and stock availability in the office pantry
- Managing Skills Future claims and absentee payroll
- Overseeing office administrative tasks (pantry management, inventory, supplier management)
- Overseeing the upkeep of the Digital Notice Board
- Planning staff meetings, travels, and bonding activities
- Preparing interview minutes
- Processing probationary reviews and employee evaluations
- Supporting compensation and benefits administration
- Supporting the management on employee policies, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development
- Supporting internal and external audits and managing policies in alignment with regulations
- Supporting the management on strategic planning of HR work and creating an employee excellence experience
- Timesheet & Attendance administration and management
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
