We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and digital marketing, coupled with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and helping CyberG7 achieve its ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the digital marketing and AI automation space.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of CyberG7’s services.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to project delivery.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in digital marketing or technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Skills:Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing and AI automation is a plus.
