We seek a skilled Financial Analyst to manage and optimize infrastructure service agreements, oversee financial reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining effective cost controls, and coordinating with various teams to provide valuable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and track infrastructure service agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Ensure timely issuance and updates of agreements to align with market needs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income and expenses.
- Monitor budgets, identify variances, and implement cost control measures.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Support the creation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collect data and deliver insights aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teams for financial reporting and communicate key insights.
- Evaluate and align financial activities with organizational mission and vision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, and other visualization tools.
- Experience in creating Reports and Dashboards for IT Projects Service management.
- Experience in collaboration across the departments to collect the Financial and service governance data.
- Work with Managers to understand the requirement to create and modify the reports.
- Strong understanding and expereince with Financial reports for budgeting, forecasting and variances.
- Experiece in IT project portfolion Finance Management.
- Experience in IT service governanace and service agreements, SLA etc.
- Desirable to have IT infrastructure service delivery understanding.
- Desirable to have experience in requirement gathering and business analysis.
