Administrative Assistant

Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stock availability for shop sales, e-sales, promotions, and demonstrations.
  • Input and maintain data for the shop and e-commerce platforms.
  • Prepare new product listing forms for submission to customers.
  • Handle inquiries and quotations from internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate external warehouse stock deliveries.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal departments (purchasing, finance, operations, production) and external suppliers (e.g., SHC, Afon, Simplehost, WNB web designer).
  • Work closely with the crew to ensure effective in-store stock management and customer satisfaction.
  • Track monthly e-commerce sales data.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support product development.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects to support branding and marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
  • Perform additional sales-supporting tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Responsible and independent.
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Fast learner, motivated, and committed.
