Responsibilities:
- Ensure stock availability for shop sales, e-sales, promotions, and demonstrations.
- Input and maintain data for the shop and e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare new product listing forms for submission to customers.
- Handle inquiries and quotations from internal and external parties.
- Coordinate external warehouse stock deliveries.
- Liaise and communicate with internal departments (purchasing, finance, operations, production) and external suppliers (e.g., SHC, Afon, Simplehost, WNB web designer).
- Work closely with the crew to ensure effective in-store stock management and customer satisfaction.
- Track monthly e-commerce sales data.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support product development.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects to support branding and marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
- Perform additional sales-supporting tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and innovate.
- Responsible and independent.
- Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Fast learner, motivated, and committed.
