We are seeking a support engineer for a leading CCTV & Surveillance solution provider.
Responsibilities:
- Explore the CCTV business opportunities with Sales, System Integrators and Channel Partners to solve customers' difficulties in technology solution selection, and expand more potential business scenarios;
- Work with the sales team to actively guide customers' acceptance of the company's products and promote the customer's purchasing decision-making process;
- Design and propose CCTV/IIOT solutions tailored to industrial environments, and conduct technical presentations for clients.
- Engage with customers’ technical team to understand their detail requirements, and provide technical assistance and product education.
- Plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to address specific customer needs and feedback.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the CCTV/IIOT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management software.
- Good understanding of IIOT concepts and familiarity with network infrastructure technologies.
- Understanding of various industrial environments, regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to CCTV/IIOT solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and be strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation and proposals.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with our China-based team.
