Job Description:
- Guide and advise senior management and key stakeholders on optimizing technology investments while delivering tailored SAP solutions to address the unique needs of the organization.
- Work closely with business partners and cross-functional IT teams, including global IT units, to define project scopes and functional change plans for effective application solutions and designs.
- Provide strategic direction for functional changes, manage requests within SAP applications, ensure adherence to service level agreements, and maintain high levels of business unit satisfaction.
- Develop and uphold IT application policies, standards, best practices, and guidelines specific to SAP within implementation and delivery frameworks.
- Identify potential gaps or issues, drive resolutions to mitigate customer impact, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in SAP ECC, with familiarity in one or more modules such as FICO, SD, PP, WM, EDI, BW, or BI.
- Experience with Crystal Report Writer.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation life cycles.
- Proven ability to leverage information technology to solve business challenges.
- Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and a willingness to go above and beyond in partnering with the business.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, as the role involves frequent interaction with stakeholders based in China.
