Key Activity
A leading consumer goods company is seeking a Project Manager to support a digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing consumer experience. The project aims to implement a unified CRM system across multiple markets, standardizing processes, simplifying operations, and improving scalability.
Responsibilities
Project and Timeline Management:
- Oversee the overall delivery timeline for various project phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out the existing system landscape.
- Manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Organize and conduct regular project steering committee meetings.
Business Analysis Support:
- Assist in documenting current CRM functionalities and integration landscape.
- Ensure timely completion of business requirement gathering for the CRM system.
- Translate functional specifications and business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Report directly to the project program manager based in Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, with a focus on business analysis or project management.
- Proven track record in projects involving system implementation, integration, and data migration.
- Experience gathering business requirements, mapping current processes, and defining target operating models.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience leading at least one phase of the SDLC, preferably Discovery, Design, or Development.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications:
- ITIL certification
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Agile and Scrum certifications
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of consumer goods industry processes
