Key Activity
Digital Transformation is a key focus for our client. The Single Platform Augmented Consumer Experience (SPACE) program aims to create a consumer-centric, digitally-driven CRM system. The program includes components such as Consumer Data Services, Loyalty, Marketing Activation, Consumer Data Platform, and Analytics.
We are seeking 1-2 Business Analysts to support the Discovery and Design phases of the SPACE program.
Responsibilities
- As-Is Analysis: Document the current CRM landscape and its integrations in the SAPMENA region.
- Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for SPACE, defining functional specifications and the target operating model.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business users, technical architects, product owners, and vendors.
- User Story Creation: Work with solutions architects to translate functional specifications into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital Transformation Experience: 4-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, with a focus on business analysis or project management.
- System Implementation: Experience with system implementation, integration, and complex data migration.
- Business Analysis: Proven ability to gather business requirements, map as-is models, and define target operating models.
- SDLC Experience: Experience leading or participating in various phases of the SDLC, especially Discovery, Design, and Development.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and ability to manage discussions with both business and IT stakeholders.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- ITIL Certification: ITIL certification is a plus.
- ServiceNow Experience: Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial.
- Project Management: Proven project management experience and PMP qualification.
