Digital Transformation is at the forefront of our client's strategy. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage all aspects of our Order Management System (OMS) and its integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Drive and manage OMS projects, ensuring successful implementation across various markets.
- IT Operations: Collaborate with support teams to optimize system operations and maintain compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the IT liaison, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Analysis: Gather and translate business requirements into system specifications for the OMS.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes, platforms, and integrations.
- Marketplace Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketplace interactions and platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTokShop).
- Technical Proficiency: Possess in-depth knowledge of technology platforms and integrations used within the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology and process risks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to support system updates and enhancements.
- Innovation: Drive O+O (Offline + Online) initiatives and explore new digital solutions for e-commerce.
Required Experience and Skills
- E-commerce Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce environments, with a focus on OMS.
- Project Management: Proven track record of leading and driving successful projects.
- O2C Process: Deep understanding of Order to Cash processes, including stock reconciliations and valuations.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of stock movement types and their implications on valuation and system flows.
- IT Certifications: IT and project management certifications are a plus.
- Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and their processes.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI) are advantageous.
