Responsibilities:
- Provide student support services to students across various communication channels (emails, phone calls, and face-to-face consultation).
- Monitor various students’ records, process students’ requests, provide consultation and ensure compliance of procedures and documentation.
- Conduct regular class visits and events to build rapport with students and to brief students on necessary academic regulations and conduct in-class evaluations
- Organize freshmen orientation for new students
- Prepare course materials and lesson plans for students
- Organise and coordinate graduation ceremonies and school events across various MDIS Schools/ Universities
Requirements:
- Degree qualification with at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in education or service-oriented industry
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work with the team and independently
- Meticulous with good administrative and organisational skills
- Fast learner who is able to multi-task, as well as meeting objectives with tight deadlines
- Good communication and written skills
