- Coordinate with various system-wide and civil contractors on E&M matters and supervise M&E works
- Work closely and coordinate with the design team for all installation and system requirement matters
- Update the project management team on design installation, logistics, and daily progress matters
- Attend the M&E interface coordination meeting on CSD/CCSM
- Review system/architectural plan drawing
- Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation on the construction site
- Review design deliverables together with the design consultants/engineers and ensure that it is appropriate for submission
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in coordinating E&M projects
- Experience in construction, design, BIM model management and/or coordination (services)
