Job Responsibilities:
Interior Design
- Collaborate with various teams including Landlord, Contractor, Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing to conceptualize, design, and plan retail pop-out stores, counters, and kiosks.
- Source materials and coordinate with suppliers and contractors for shop fit-out and renovation projects.
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and cutting lists for shop interiors, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Present mood boards, layout plans, and perspective drawings using 3D software like Sketchup.
- Create graphic design artworks for various elements using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Develop themes and plans for window displays, in-store layouts, signage, and posters.
Project Management
- Oversee the fit-out of local retail shops and counter spaces, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop master plans, A&A plans, and M&E plans for renovation projects, complying with local regulations and landlord requirements.
- Manage the tender process for fit-out contractors and handle contracts with various trade contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate site meetings and on-site installation work, monitoring progress and ensuring quality control.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, business partners, landlords, and other departments to track project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to address any issues and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Perform quality checks and oversee project handover, resolving any outstanding matters or defects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Certification in Architecture, Interior Design, Project/Construction Management, or related building construction/M&E studies.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Architectural Drawings.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on changing trends in retail space design.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
