Project Management Support - Scope of Work
Project Context and Objectives: Digital Transformation is at the heart of the client's group strategy. The Single Platform Augmented Consumer Experience (SPACE) program is a cornerstone CRM initiative designed to place the consumer at the center of this transformation, aiding in the achievement of consumer centricity, digital strategy, and seamless experiential brands. The SPACE Program comprises Consumer Data Services/Storage (CDS), Loyalty, Marketing Activation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Consumer Data Platform (CDP), and Analytics.
The key objectives are as follows:
Deep dive and map out the current CRM landscape along with its various frontend/downstream integrated systems for each market utilizing CRM in the SAPMENA zone today.
Leverage the already-implemented SPACE system in the North Asia zone to design and build a similar CRM system for SAPMENA markets, with a focus on standardization, simplification, and scalability.
Roll out SPACE across all markets and brands currently on CPRV in the zone today, with the goal of decommissioning the older CRM system, following the usual software development lifecycle approach.
Scope of Work: The client is currently seeking Project Management support for the Discovery and Design phases of the project to assist the Program Manager in the following areas:
Project and Timeline Management: Own the overall delivery timeline for different phases of the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with different teams and workstreams to map out the group's system landscape.
Drive external vendors to explore and deliver solutions that align with requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness while adhering to the agreed scope.
Organize and manage periodic steering committee meetings.
Support Business Analysts in documenting the current functionalities and integration landscape of the CRM system in SAPMENA.
Ensure the timely completion of business requirements gathering for SPACE and the delivery of each phase's deliverables.
Work with Business Analysts to translate functional specifications and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.
This role reports to the SAPMENA SPACE Program Manager, based in Singapore.
Preferred Profiles: The client is looking for vendors to propose team profiles for team members based out of Singapore or Shanghai, meeting the following criteria:
4-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as Business Analyst (BA) or Project Manager (PM).
Experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
Experience in gathering business requirements, mapping out the current model, and defining target operating models.
Experience running a project using Agile methodology with a good understanding of Scrum ways of working.
Experience leading the entire or a specific phase of the SDLC, preferably the Discovery (planning/analysis), Design, and Development phases.
Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business and IT stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solutions.
Good to have qualities:
ITIL certification.
ServiceNow experience.
Agile and Scrum methodology.
Proven project management experience (PMI methodologies). PMP qualification.
Knowledge of the client's business and IT processes.
