What you will be doing:
- Formulate, develop and prepare designs of marketing materials for our traditional and online channels, particularly in the creation of banners and other collaterals to be placed at our website and social media.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and deliver messages to advertise products or services.
- Collaborate with the teams across Business Development, Product and Marketing functions to deliver creative assets.
- Developing graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Ensure all collaterals are according to the brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing collaterals.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a creative designer in an advertising agencies and/or high-growth start-ups.
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or a related field or anything of its equivalent.
- Outstanding portfolio of completed design projects.
- Proficient with Adobe Software such as Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Figma as a prototyping tool (optional)
- Experience working customer-facing products with an emphasis on design.
- Excited and curious to learn new technologies as well as sharing ideas, cultural trends and ability to incorporate them into your work.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Ability to manage project expectations and timeliness.
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
