- Support a senior officer in grant calls including drafting of grant call announcements to faculty, advising PIs and school administrators on funding guidelines, work processes and grant call opportunities.
- Provide guidance to faculty and School administrators to better understand the grant requirements through checklists or guides or standardized forms.
- Help in scheduling and coordinate the logistical matters for various internal review panel meetings for proposal evaluation, when required.
- Assist to prepare letters of award & letters of acceptance, to facilitating grant award setup.
