Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customers receive great service experience
- Identify opportunities to maximize customer purchase through additional or complimentary sales
- Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company / CAG promotions and mechanics
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the ISO standard
- Offer exemplary product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions.
- Handle customers’ queries in a professional manner according to the company policy and CAG’s refund policy
- Complete customer transaction in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect.
- Ensure accuracy in the collection of money from various modes of payment
- Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean and prices are present in good condition.
- Maintain a high merchandising standards as per VM/Brand guidelines
- For perishable items, ensure expiry of stocks are checked daily within the stipulated guidelines.
- Keep all customers under observation, stay alert for suspicious customers
- Carry out shop surveillance as required.
- Keep high priced items in well supervised areas and conduct regular stock count.
- Support any store initiatives. Example: Stock take, store change etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Energetic and Outgoing with a positive mindset
