Job Title: Senior Pre-sales Engineer
Up to 5k + bonus
You will join the proposal and solutions design team and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Physical Security.
Job Description:
- Work with the sales team to build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver technical solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Develop and present technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, etc.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process, addressing questions and concerns
- Create technical documentation and training materials.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Offer feedback to the product development team to improve offerings based on customer input.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experienced in PSIM, VMS, ACMS, or ISMS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proven success in supporting sales and closing deals.
- Capable of translating technical requirements for C-suite audiences is a plus.
