The Job
- To take charge and facilitate the procuring and sourcing of trading goods in timely manner
- To monitor and negotiate pricing with suppliers actively
- To liaise with relevant parties to order and process POs, shipping and arrival documents, communicate goods arrival, product creation and price updating
- To prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records, products and price lists
- To assist in sales administrative support e.g. launch letters, goods transfer etc
- To monitor stock level and liaise with sales to ensure movement
- To follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- To support ad-hoc tasks for management review
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in direct procuring, inventory management
- Knowledge of SAP HANA will be advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking vendors
- Good verbal and written skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
