• Prepare necessary paper works, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Projects, site, purchasing, etc.) to ensure project requirements are met.
• Possess good organization, communication and people skills
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing
• Support and manage filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of information.
• Assist Management in handling daily office operations
