You will grow your career at NEA’s Environmental Health Institute (EHI), where you will design and conduct field and laboratory research to assess and mitigate environmental exposure concerns in the built environment. Key areas of focus include indoor air quality, ventilation systems, and bioaerosol science. Job Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering
- Excellent knowledge of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system, air distribution and air flow, indoor air quality management, as well as air-cleaning technologies
- Experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), field investigation on ACMV and IAQ issues and research experience on indoor air quality and ventilation
- Experience in data analysis/statistical analysis
- Experience in the study of airborne microbiome and pollutants
- Possessing a valid Class 3 driver’s licence and willingness to drive to field sites is preferred
- Capacity for systems thinking and inclination for trans-disciplinary science
- Strong interest in public health research, policy, and operations
- Excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Open to developmental opportunities.
